Technium Swansea includes 2 buildings which are both located at Technium Square, within the heart of SA1 Swansea Waterfront and its new restaurant/café quarter. Swansea city centre is only a short walk away over the landmark Sail Bridge across the River Tawe.
Building 1
This 21,000 sq ft building is located on Technium Square and overlooks the River Tawe and Marina. The facility includes incubation units varying in size from 390 sq ft to 1,900 sq ft and a separate shared office where individuals can rent a desk space. The building also includes a reception/communal break-out area, meeting rooms and shared kitchen facilities.
Building 2
Located across Technium Square from building 1, this 39,000 sq ft facility includes larger offices up to 2,600 sq ft.The building also includes a reception/communal break-out area, conference room, meeting rooms and shared kitchen facilities.
